I purchased a new muzzle device somewhere else and needed help installing it on my rifle barrel. I explained to the JW Firearms staff member who assisted me that I really wanted a different model muzzle device but the previous store in which I bought it ordered me the wrong one. I was just going to keep it and have JW install since I had already driven home from the 1-and-a-half-hour drive from the OTHER shop (who never got back to my inquiry of exchanging). Long story short, I discovered this shop by googling gunsmith nearby, I called a few shops and they all said 1-3 weeks to install the muzzle device, JW Firearms not only had the muzzle device I WANTED originally but also installed the 3-prong device on my upper (free of charge) the same day (within 2 hours of dropping off upper) and called it even when trading in the muzzle device from the OTHER shop. WOW!FYI- (Muzzle device traded in from OTHER store came in new condition and all original packaging for those wondering.)Overall this experience was beyond AMAZING and the customer service was world-class. I left a happy customer and will definitely be back as well as recommend to all my shooting enthusiast friends.TL;DR If you are looking for fantastic customer service and a large inventory to peruse then I highly recommend JW Firearms.

Went here with two jammed pistols. They fixed them in 5 minutes or less, and didn't even charge me a dime. Definitely will be returning for any future supply needs. The group of guys knew what was up and got everything done professionally and with no hassle.

There's a very limited selection of semi-automatic shotguns available, but the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They made selling my .22 AR rifle a seamless experience, offering me a great deal in the process.
